Zhejiang Hehong Green Paper Co.,Ltd. is the only papermaking enterprise in Zhoushan Island. The company is located in Dinghai Ma'ao Industrial Park, Zhoushan Islands New District. It was formerly known as Zhoushan Fushen Paper Co., Ltd which was founded in 1975. In May 2017, Zhejiang Hehong Group invested a full amount to build an AAA-grade high-strength corrugated paper project with an annual output of 200,000 to 250,000 tons.
The first phase of the company uses 60 mu of land. The project plant started construction at the end of July 2017. It is planned to be completed and put into operation in October 2018. It is listed as the key construction project of Dinghai District in 2018 and the top ten new investment projects of 2018 in Zhoushan Islands New District. It is estimated that the annual average tax-included sales income of the project will be 1 billion yuan.
The second phase of the project covers an area of 327 mu, and has one production line with annual capacity of 300,000 tons of T-paper or craft paper, 2 imported production lines with an annual output of 250,000 tons of high-strength corrugated paper, and an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons of yarn tube production line. It is equipped with LNG gas boilers and power stations, biomass boilers, pulp board (finished products) warehouses, sewage treatment stations, waste paper yards,office buildings and so on. The total target output is 1.05 million tons, the sales value is 5 billion yuan, the estimated profit can reach 600-800 million yuan, and various taxes should be paid 500 million yuan.
